Pastor Chris and Sara were married in 1994 and have four children. Pastor Chris has been involved in youth ministrty for seventeen years (seven in full-time ministry). The Weathers have been serving as the Youth Paster at Harvest Worship Center since November, 2000. Chris and Sara are assisted by several volunteer youth leaders who carry an equal passion to see teenagers walk trumphantly in Jesus Christ. Chris and Sara and transitioning into the role of Senior Pastor in late 2009. Although, their territory will be enlarged, they will still serve as inspiration to the youth ministry of Harvest Worship Center.
MISSION STATEMENT:
TnT Youth Ministries exists to REACH teens right where they are through CARING hearts INVESTING in them to EXPERIENCE the power of their ministry in a life of WORSHIP and ACCOUNTABILITY.

Harvest Worship Center strives to be a place of new beginnings. Our youth ministry carries that same vision for teenagers who are looking for a place either to begin a walk with God for the first time, or to begin again. Without a doubt in my mind, this present generation has an immediate purpose in the present day church. We don’t prepare teens for leading some day, we enable them to lead today. God has gifted this generation and there is a desperate desire for this generation to be involved in God’s plan. TnT Youth Ministries is actively pursuing the presence of God through discipleship, fellowship, evangelism, worship, and ministry. This five-fold purpose keeps us driven and focused on God’s will for His church as well as effective for the Christian home. We invite you to come and be a part.
