Teens need a place to come without feeling a need to impress
everyone around them and know that God loves them for who they are.

Fellowship is a key ingredient to reaching mature Christian adulthood. True fellowship has to stem from everyone feeling they are valued and cared for equally by leaders and peers.

The relationship with God leads to ministry from God. Youth aren't intended to just sit on the pew. They have so much to offer in the Kingdom of God and in their community. TnT Youth Ministries has a Drama Team and a Youth Praise Team. As well, our youth are very involved in the Children's MInistries and Media ministry at Harvest Worship Center.

Worship is more than singing a song in church. Worship is how you live your entire life before God at school, on the job, or when you're hanging with your friends.

We want to disciple teens to the fulfillment of their purpose in Christ. The quality of discipleship we invest into them today is the quality of congregational leadership we will follow tomorrow.

We have accountability to God and to one another. We depend on each other for encouragement and strength. When one suffers, we all suffer. When one rejoices, we all rejoice (1 Corinthians 12:26). No one is to walk this life's journey on their own.

- Reach teens right where they are (evangelism)

- through Caring hearts (fellowship)

- Investing in them (discipleship)

- to Experience the power of their ministry (ministry)

- in a life of Worship (worship)

- and Accountability (accountability)
